Vusi Simphiwe Ndlovu is a corporate and commercial attorney with over 20 years of experience,  practicing at Vusi Ndlovu Attorneys in Johannesburg. He holds, among other qualifications, an LLM in company law and banking and finance law from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MPhil in development finance from the Stellenbosch University Business School. He has a passion for African development, social justice, democracy, social entrepreneurship, and access to education.
