How does Nigeria’s obesity rate compare globally?

Nigeria has an obesity rate of 2.06% of its population, placing it among the countries with the lowest obesity rates in the world. In the global context, countries such as Nauru, the Cook Islands, and Palau have some of the highest obesity rates, significantly higher than Nigeria's. At the other end of the scale, Vietnam, Burkina Faso, and Cambodia have some of the lowest rates, with Nigeria's obesity rate closer to these countries than to the highest.
